Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, components, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for quality compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
